The design team aimed to combine the ambiance of a cool coffee shop and a communal living room, resulting in spacious lobbies, collaborative workspaces, game tables and a kitchen for residents to host larger events in.
Apartment units feature uniquely designed craft kitchens and bold bedrooms that don’t compromise in style or functionality. Sleek matte black fixtures purposely chosen to make a tangible statement and create a one of a kind bathroom look. Showers feature rain heads, high-pressure jets and striking glass doors, offset by artisanal tiles throughout.
The bold contemporary lines of matte black shower trim and other plumbing fixtures is complemented by SashaLED’s lighted mirrors set in custom matte black frames that play exceptionally well with other aspects of the interior.
